A few years ago I interviewed there, they had a cap on how much you could make.

I’ve known Walt Bettinger for 25 years although out of touch for the last 10.  He’s one of the most motivated, smartest, driven guys I have ever known, which is something to be aware of if you’re going to work for the organization.  It won’t be easy, and I have no idea what sort of comp plan you’d be looking at, but simply be advised.  He was a pro at evaluating productivity and producing results.  If you’re are willing to sign on for that level of accountability it could work. 

If you have know Walt, obviously, you have a nice position somewhere....
