Today I received a recruiting email from WFA, but I already work for WFA.  The email was from a third party (Research Mag I think) but the firm is paying them for the advertising and they send it to people who already work there??  Efficient use of capital!  LOL

lol. i had a similar experience twice in a row....

First, after i was recruited to UBS, i got calls from a ubs recruiter.

then, when I went to MassMutual for a few months, I got 2 or 3 calls from the in house recruiter. duh!

Makes no sense at all, but happens everywhere.

It's because they are probably using outdated advisor listings.  They can buy lists just like we buy prospect lead lists.
