5 different platforms, with different qualifications criteria.



The first steep is seeing what platform you want to interview for (or can).

It really depends on which side of the firm you are talking too?  If you talk to me, I am an RJFS contractor and own my own branch.  I want to know 1) can you produce, 2) can you keep your nose clean and 3) do you need to be baby sat.  You are a contract employee with me.  At RJ&A it is a bit more indepth like most other interviews at wirehouses.  There you are a full blooded employee with health benefits and everything!.  There they are taking on much more risk than I am. It just depends on which side you talk to.
