With all the moving around going on, has anybody heard from RJ? not talking about independent, I mean branch office.
Word is that we blew through our recruiting nut by Feb/March of this year, and all but monster deals were put on hold until the new fiscal year starting Oct. That's for RJA, the branch side. I don't know about the indy side being affected one way or the other.
I know a RJA manager....firm has added so many FAs that they want to slow FA growth for a year or so and improve their infrastucture to maintain their internal service level. They will still look at a large producer, but they are selective right now.
Ditto the above responses... Ray Jay indy is always recruiting hard. I get hit up all the time. I've been told by recruiters more than once that the employee (branch) side is full and they've a list of people wanting in for months.
Does anybody know about what rjs payouts are and what charges / haircuts they have on fee based programs?
