Hey Guys,

I called Rust Consulting today........   They told me the judge rejected the settlement agreement and the lawyers need to put something new together..........which may change the numbers.....and/or require new/additional documentation to be signed.......delaying everything for a while.......   Wondering if anyone else has any news on it..........or can shed some more light....   Much Appreciated......   Thanks.........

FYI......   After some internet research, I found what seems to be the attorneys' web site on the case............Friday afternoon (yesterday), I called the number on the bottom of the article (I attached link).......and left a message.......   If they call me back, I'll post more info.....   If anyone else knows anything, please post it as well.......   http://www.whafh.com/modules/case/?action=view&id=854   Have a great weekend..........

Comments like this make me wonder how your brain even knows how to tell your heart to beat. You can’t possibly be that stupid and survive.

I called the law firm today…

They said Feb. 6th is the next day that means anything..............and they expect everything to be resolved shortly........with checks going out sometime around May or June......   I guess I believe them, but won't be comfortable until I make a follow up call after Feb. 6th to see what the deal is.............
