What is the Morgan Stanley account that is equivalent to Merrill’s MLUA?  Is it Morgan Stanley Choice?  What is Morgan Stanley Fund Solutions?  Is that like the Merrill Mutual Fund Advisor?

Since I don't know what Merrill's MLUA or Mutual Fund Advisor (ok, I can venture a guess on that one) accounts are, it's hard for me to say.

The Choice account, which goes away on 1 Oct, is a fee in lieu of commission, non-discretionary account. Fund Solutions is a mutual fund advisory account, “open architecture”, non-discretionary format.

I hope that helps.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Do they have a replacement for fee-in-lieu acct? We must terminate ours and move to Fund advisory or seperate managers.

Yes, a non-discretionary advisory account is just about to replace it.
