is one required to bring in customers pre-employmont?
They're going through some major changes and losing quite a few people at this point. From my understanding, they increased payout a tiny bit, but now expect the reps to cover more of the operating expenses.
is it run like Edward jones, Allstate, the Principle, etc whereas you have to pay for your office space, computer, mail outs, copy paper, paperclips, stamps, E&O coverage, etc?
