Does anybody have any insight into the relatively new TFA role? How does it differ from the PMD? How do the hurdles differ?

Pretty simple actually. The PMD program was designed for you to bring in low hanging fruit accounts, friends and family and then fail out of the program. That benefits Bank of America.

The TFA program is designed for you to do lots of grunt work for a high producing team, while also bringing in your friends & family accounts, before you are tossed out onto the street. That directly benefits the team that hired you.

Good luck.
