FINET advisors, what is FOREFRONT? How do you qualify? Is it a valuable bene? What are the drawbacks, pitfalls, fine print foibles, etc?

ROOGLE? Oh yeah, years worth and questions remain.

Merry Christmas all here!

It's the same thru PCG or FiNet. Award max of 50% of t-12, unless a Premier Advisor (then .75 bp w/ no cap) on all household over $250k w Envision plan. See story name Forefront on InfoLax.

A 50% additional payout? So 300,000 T12 gets a $150,000 bonus?

Sweet!

Yes. It’s a great way to retain advisors for wells and get compensated for your work. The only drawback with forefront Is that if you complete the march 2010 snapshot you probably will get paid June 2027 unless wells decides to change rules in which in that case will push back the payment in December 2032. Good luck

Ahhh, golden handcuffs!

Are there options?

Dec 20, 2009 3:32 am

You been living under a cave or just new to wells?

Dec 20, 2009 3:54 am

Not at Wells … yet. Thinking of FINET.

You had to work WFA/WS/AGE in calendar year 2008 to be eligible for the forefront money.  50% of 2008 calendar year production is max award.  Not t12…and what a great year for them to pick…

Dec 20, 2009 5:15 am

No more forefront?

Thanks!

That sounds like the kind of gold that turns your wrists green.

9 years?!? wow

Are you aware that you will not get paid again until you hit another threshhold level? For example, if you did 25 plans and got paid the 25 bps on the assets. Then by the next snapshot date you did another twenty. You get NOTHING!! You do not get another award until you cross the next threshold level.

Again, a modification to the program to screw us. I remember a conference call where it was plainly stated that you would get paid on the additional plans at the 25bps level. And when you crossed the 50 plan mark, you got the extra 25bps on all plans done to that point.

Has anyone been paid on the sept snapshot?

I did 100 Envision plans at 6/30. Was assured that all was well in early September. Sometime around mid-Sept I was informed that none of the envision plans that I had done were acceptable. This was from my BOM. He has given me 2-3 lame ass excuses as to why I got blown out of the box. But not to worry, they will take another snapshot on 9/30! Last week my BOM sat me down to discuss said Envision plans. No one has done anything, or has anyone looked at these 100 plans that I  implemented since they were denied last September. I asked him …“what have you been doing about this since last September”? He didn’t like my comment. I am told that there is two more levels of approval, one from our Super-Regional, and then one called Channel approval, which apparently is from the Wells/Wachovia god in St. Louis. I mentioned to my BOM, that we shouldn’t get too enarmored with Envision. It is a tracking device, and not much more. That comment might blow me out of the box, again. I truly believe there is an element of dishonesty here. Having worked at Edwards where they treated us fairly, it is tough working for this outfit.  Lastly, they keep pushing back this award. First it was Dec, then Jan., and now Feb. Sort of like the dogs at the track, can’t seem to catch that rabbit!

I have not paid on sept snashot but what’s this thing about getting paid in feb instead of jan? R u serious

Dec 30, 2009 9:42 pm

That is what my BOM told me. Maybe he is wrong.
