Never been a Bank FA, but worked in a bank in college. The scary thing is that its so true to what actually goes on. Pretty funny stuff.
That is pretty funny stuff. The mornings huddles are a total joke and waste of everyones time. The personal bankers get hammered by management in every way possible. FA’s and Loan officers have a good amount of freedom.
90% of the Chase branch managers are completely useless also, but they are completely irrelevant to the FA’s.
