I believe so. . . here’s what’s been said.    Merrill IS part of the protocol - and BAC is going to sign on as a member as well

BAC will NEVER be part of protocol for any client with any banking.  Strictly investment only clients, maybe, but they will never, never, never say that your clients are yours

There is over 100 firms on the protocol list at this point.  It is now 12 pages long.  I did not see Bank of America on it.

NO they're not.  Confirmed today in a report as new as two weeks ago.

What report?  I need to verify for myself as I am stuck at the evil empire BAI.  Those poor ML guys do not have a clue what is going to hit them if they stay.  I plan on leaving.  Confirming protocal would be a big help.
