Does anyone know where I can find the BAC grid?  I want to compare to the ML grid, current ML broker. Thinking it will be a combination of the two. I am a LOS 1 doing $200K.

Search for BAC or BAI on this forum. It was posted in depth earlier this year. Or you might as well wait a few more weeks for the new one.  Off the top of my head, any LOS under 5 years is 31%.

From memory (although I don’t agree that it will be a combination of the two firms’ grids) you would be on the FA I plan. 25% with a bunch of hold backs that you could earn back quarterly assuming a bunch of things non revenue related are accomplished. But, I really do not think they will merge the two, they are apples and oranges.

youwouldmake about 30k

Thats crap, I made 80K this year. Any one hear what the new ML grid looks like? I know its out but not being disclosed until after the vote. Contemplating jumping, we already had our pay cut by the market. Can't handle another from BAC.

The tea leaves say that it will be a cut - but - ML usually looks at quintile by LOS. The bank doesn’t.

A bai guy LOS < 5 gets a higher payout. I just ended my fifth year 450k t12 and I was getting the 30% when I was below 350k. I also agree with bancofamigo. There will be two comp plans.
