Very clever, brokerlawyer.

Maybe if you toss out a random ridiculous insult you will distract people from noticing that you are soliciting new clients here by implying they have a case to recover losses in 401K accounts.  If that’s not ambulance chasing, what is it?

If you want to solicit business, take out an ad in the registered rep magazine.  Otherwise spare us.

Did you hear about the lawyer who was dying? A friend came into his room and found the lawyer reading the Bible.

"Sam," he said, "I didn't know you were religious."   "I'm not," the lawyer replied, "I'm looking for loopholes."
