Desperately searching for a Salesforce Programmer to Customize CRM

My RIA firm is desperately (not exaggerating) looking for a programmer to customize a few things for us in our Salesforce. Our in-house technology guy is not a Salesforce guy so it has been very frustrating to customize the CRM. Can anyone recommend a Salesforce experienced programmer specialized in working with RIAs???
