Hi Tom, I'm with LPL and let me ask you a question, are you happy with Lance Best's 401k program?  If not send me private message...How's your IRA and Roth IRA working out?  How about that college savings plan for your kids--its never too late to start!

Contact me and let me buy you lunch and see if we can get you and your family on the right track.

Hey Lance thanks for dropping by.  How's Buffy?

Man those lists of people who are 60 and 90 days late on their mortage payments should be of GREAT interest to the people on this board.  I hope you have a lot of them!

We get them by region and they are updated every 23-30 days, so there is a stady influx!

Generaly speaking, when people see the ammount of interest, inbound calls, and apps they purchase from us monthly!  Also, we've got the best pricing arround!

Let me know if I can help anyone out.

Also, Lance Best is happy with his 401k!

Regards,

Lance

You may want to make a decision whether you want to be Tom or Lance.

I heard a rumor that your company can't afford advertising so they try to get their reps to spam message boards.   You can confirm the rumor by continuing to spam.

Good question anonymous, are you a Lance or a Tom?  You seem to want to sell us something...spend the money and send a sample list to each FA and give them 10 names to call--if it works out they might buy your lists...but to jump in and spam us--we are not buying.  Get off the thread!

LOL, we'll then it's good to know that people are talking about us in thier leasure time and discussing our marketing budget.

Do me a favor, next time  you and your group are discussing Professional Lists Inc, please let them know what we operate on a low marketing budget so that we give our clients savings and dont sell overpriced data!

I'd love to talk with you regarding YOUR marketing budget so that we can fit in some direct marketing.  You'll most likely save over your current pricing, and if you're not investing in marketing data, lets do a test.

Tom and I tend to use each others forum acccounts treating it like a business account.  Possibly we should open accounts in the business name.  This is something we've debated over.  We throughly enjoy the ability to have insight into industries via forums, and to offer advice as well.  We find it is an effective market study tool as well as great way to find new clients.

Wishing you all a GREAT close out to this week and an even better one next week!~

Regards,

Lance

Lance,

Is it safe to assume that English is a second language for you?
