A sense of humor, obviously

Ambition, good time management, confidence, wit, strong work ethic, listening skills, be a communicator, yada yada yada…
What does it take to be successful in any business?  It’s easy to spot the traits in the leaders out there.  The trick is to have them at the same level as they do.

I agree with good communication and people skills.    Since I'm in a bank setting I focus on coaching my bank partners on how to refer business.   I find this more productive than cold calling or prospecting.
