What do you net @ Jones

For you vets. What do you really net at Jones. I get paid 36-40. But what is your real net when you factor in bonus and profit sharing? How about with LP? Is your T12 more or less than 300?

Last year I grossed around 610k. My net was around 38%. Profit sharing added around 2% more. 2 trips were another 1.8%, Bonuses were light last year as nobody got one in the 3rd trimester, but the other two added up to around 6% of gross. LP helped out another 3% or so. That equals around 51% or so. Add in the 6.3% match on Social Security and the firm subsidies for health insurance and it was fairly close to around 53% or so. Take our postage, office supplies, the portion of the phone bill we have to pay, and other misc. costs and you are probably down again around 50% or so. I hope this helps.
