Any advice for a graduate as of this weekend with a 3.9 in Finance from UGA? Currently in the interview process at ML and an independent firm under MassMutual.

Thank you.

ML, and that isn't a close call.  Great to hear you had a 3.9 from UGA, but it means Nada in the business of being an advisor .

How well can you sell your 22-23 year old self to a 55 year old that just retired? How well can you take rejection?  Those two things will determine your success - not your GPA.
