For someone with no rep experience, is Smith Barney an easier firm to get into versus Merrill?  I know that the hurdles are lower at Smith Barney, does that mean that they will accept more green people?  I went through the Merrill interview and didn't get the job due to my lack of sales experience.  Going to try again at the SB interview!

SB is a great firm, not sure of the training.  ML likes new folks
to have a base to begin calling on right away, because cold
calling/walking is a tough road.  As SB how they will assist you
in your marketing efforts.
