read the stc bbok 3 times and took each test twice. Im taking it on tuesday? Any advice on what to expect for this exam. I got an 80 on the series 7 3 weeks ago, so Im looking to get the 63 out of the way quickly.

You should have taken the series 63 exam ONE WEEK after the series 7.

What the f*ck is taking you 3 weeks?

Take each test 40 times and you'll be fine.

It takes 1 week to sign up for the exam and get the book. Also I am in an MBA program, so I have other obligations. Thanks, guys.

Don't take it too lightly because you passed the 7. Because you are going to fail if you do. None of these exams are really easy. I've passed the 63 a little over a year. You want my advice? read read read. You must understand the material because fully. None of the questions from the STC is going to look familiar when you're taking the real exam. I would take one practice exam and read throughout the rest of the day. Good luck buddy.

Gzka,

If you got an 80 on the 7 and you've studied like you did for the 7 you probably don't have anything to worry about.  The 63 is more regulatory/legal issues and you can use common sense a great deal for the questions. Good luck!

but, why the 63.  You will still have to take the 65.  Your management should have steered you toward the 66.
