Hey everyone! I am new to the forum and a Senior in college majoring in Finance. As I am getting really close to my graduation I have been thinking about which path of Finance I want to take. Ultimetaly I want to go into some sort of investments, but I am not sure the whole cut throat enviroment of Wall Street is for me. I have been thinking a lot about getting a CFP certification after I graduate, so I can work my way up into wealth management. Just have a few questions that I hope some of you could help me answer.

1. Is starting out as a financial planner alot of face to face selling?

2. Do all firms work on a commisions bases? Does anyone here have expierance working as/for a financial planner/advisor?

3. What do you suggest is the best place to get the CFP Certification?
