I subscibe to the fact that winning and losing is one of the best ways to learn. As well as having a good coach and being determined.

However; what are the "must read" books for a new FA.

Based on a interview I ran across on-line, I bought David Mullens: The Million Dollar Finacial Services Practice. It's practical and well thought it.

I know time is limited when you first start out but I would like to learn as much and in as many ways as possible.

Thanks

"The Millionaire Next Door"Disclaimer…I have it but haven’t read it yet. But, I’ve heard it’s a really good book for prospecting and seeing through the smoke screens. One tip I’ve heard from it…A lot of the neighborhoods you see with huge house and luxury cars are people who don’t have investment $$$ because it’s all tied up in their toys and homes. Most of the $$$ is with people you don’t expect to have it.
