So at ML, say that start me out at $40k a year base, is that pretty much all I’m making my first 3 years, or are there realistic bonuses and commissions added to that? With a $40k base and meeting all quotas and expectations, what kind of total income would I have my first 3 years there?
Thanks!So seriously though, at ML is your base pretty much your entire income for the first 3 years, or do you earn commissions on top of that? I know they have strict quotas that have to be met to stay with the company, so meeting those quotas, how much above the base could I expect to earn those first few years?
(I know this is kind of a "call and ask them yourself" question, but since I won't be applying for another month or so I was just curious if anyone here knows) Thanks!

For one thing, it is very difficult. For another, you won't disappoint yourself. You could try this. Piss in one hand and hold your "above the base pay commission checks" in the other. See which one fills up quicker.
