Can some ML advisors, or experts, tell me how they go about hiring, i.e time, education, etc? I got a call back to discuss the results of my tests, and just want to what comes next and the time frame. What am I going to be doing after this so called "meeting." When do these tests come, is there anything before they make me sign a contract. Thanks

PS: I know I will get biatched for asking similiar questions. So I am apologizing now. SORRY FA gods.

Man you are an arrogant ass.  You could have done without that last comment.

Just because you can't figure out that little box called "search" isn't our problem.  If you want info you should be a little more polite.

If you can't use your own head to figure out your next move, you won't last in this business. Go get a government job.

I will say that ML takes their time. I have been interviewing for a few different positions, and they are not the kind to call you back the very next day.

I hope that you exhibit more tact with your future clients. It's pretty obvious that you have much to learn......

That is by design, by the way.  It is not advisable to hire a guy who is too desperate for the job because that indicates that there are other issues in play and if he or she is feeling pressure to get the job they may treat it as nothing more than a stop over along the way, plus they may tend to abuse any clients that they are able to land.

Will go by eventually and you can be tossed on the trash heap where those of your ilk belong.
