We just hired an intern to do cold calling for us to set
appointments.  What do you guys usually pay these interns per
appt. that they set.  Do you guys pay some of these people on a
low salary w/ a bonus per appt, or strictly on a pay per appt.
What are you guys paying these appt. setters.  Would you recommend
paying them on an increasing basis.  For example, 0-5 appts in a
week $30 bucks per appt. Appointments after that for example 6-8 $40,
and anything after that $50.

I would pay them at least $250 for each appointment that shows up, is qualified, and is motivated to change.
