I am going through the hiring process for MSSB FAA training program.  I just got the Business Plan template from MSSB and started to work on my business plan. 

If you had any experience with this template please advise: did you fill out the forms and kept the same format when you submitted OR you erased all the questions and template comments and only kept your answers to create the ongoing flow in the plan?? I don't know what they require and don't want to make mistakes.

Also if you have any advise on how to approach the business plan prep and how to make it stand out I would greatly appreciate it.
