Hybrid Training Program
I am just been taken on by an RIA. I am the first person they have hired with relitively no experience, they have asked me to come up with my ideas regarding my training and initial months once licenses have been attained.
I have a copy of the Raymond James training process in front of me, because it is made available to the public. Do any of you have material regarding the training process at your firms? I'd love to get ideas from you. What are standard sales goals and AUM goals (remember I am choosing this without a salary as of now)?
