ive read in the forum about people on the east coast calling the west coast to sell securities , how is this exactly done? ive read that you can only sell to people in the states that you are registered in.

can one be registered in all 50 states?

Of course! It can be a waste of money if you aren't producing in those states, however.

Are you guys stockbrokers? RIA?

I find my self using alot of visual aids in my presentations, how do you guys overcome that in a strictly phone call based transaction? do you sent it via overnight?

Here's what you do. Go down to the Greyhound station and take a bus to Jersey. Get off the bus and go up the the first person you see and say "hey buddie!! comere fora minute"... No...here's what you do, go to Craigs List(you know, the same place you got your securities license)....
