When did they change tthat policy or are you just sending out IP??

B24 -   I'm curious as well.  Are you sending them out individually?    I send out a monthly newsletter, but I also send out a weekly update of any podcasts we've posted, blog writings or any radio shows or interviews I've had.   I also send these things to prospects.  Couldn't do that at Jones, not sure if things have changed there.

Not sure what policy was in place preventing it. Depending on the content, I do get it compliance approved first. I am often surprised by what we ARE allowed to do when we just ask. Sometimes people just assume we can’t do certain things. For example, at year end I send out a lengthy client/prospect/COI letter, sort of highlighting what happened during the year, how my practice is going, etc. This past year it was compliance approved in about 2 hours. No changes.

That’s interesting. I asked for a lot of things, but never really got anywhere on them.
