Curious what other advisors get paid out on a 5yr fixed annuity. At Jones we get 2% and rates are something like 2.7%.

What’s yours?

5% upfront.  One I sold a few months ago has 1st yr rate of 7%, 2nd yr rate of 6%, 3rd yr rate of 5%, 4th yr rate of 4%, and then in yr 5 its whatever rates are at the time and it can never go below 3%.

Wow, 5%? Awesome.

Wow ice and 3rd, those rates just kill what we are offering at bank boy central. Our 3 yr is 1.8 and 5 yr is 2.7. Just embarrassing.

It terms of payout we get 2% on a 3 yr and 4% on a 5 yr. No trail. No vaseline.

Icecold. Are you wfa pcg?

I have some fixed annuities that will mature or surrender and most likely the current offers would stand around 3 percent if we are lucky. Anyone from wfa pcg side using any fixed annuity contract that offers better rate than 3?
