Fired PMD -> Merrill Edge?

I am familiar with how many people fail out of the ML PMD program and the hurdles that are involved. My question is, if you don't meet your hurdles as a PMD at ML and are on the cusp of getting fired, what are your options of moving over to Merrill Edge where the hurdles and investment requirements are much more attainable?
Or would a better option be just to try and move to another wirehouse or perhaps an indy?
Take your medicine and go. BOA will not look at you for any other position if you’ve washed out of PMD. Sucks, but they have their (unrealistic) expectations. You don’t make it, you’re done.
