does anyone know whats in the morgan stanley smith barney online assesment..ive been reading a lot of forums with people who have taken them..im trying to find specific details..its said to be two hours long..does anyone remember specific questions? thanks a lot. i already met with them twice..and the yhaev asked me to take the assesment..what comes next? and whats the base salary does anyone know?

I had a friend pass the one with MS(before SB) and fail the ML one..

It isnt 2 hours long, though I think he said the MS one was quite a bit longer than the ML one..

It ask questions about job history(networking ability)

Sales questions(so you understand it is a sales job)

Psych review(typical psychological bs).

Base salary is based on what you made in previous career. But for a higher base salary the goals get increased(i think typical is 45-50)

If you have met with them twice already, either they are jerking you around or you didn't have the "balls" to ask them these questions yourself. Interviews should be conducted both ways... You and Them...
