So I started my pre-employment door knocking for Jones yesterday in a solidly middle class neighborhood (houses at around 225k for 3-4 bedrooms). In about an hour and a half I completed 13 surveys.

One couple I spoke with was fed up with their Suntrust rep who won't return their calls. No, not because of the stock market-they want financial advice for a relative moving to the US with $350k. They started asking me for advice, and told me to call them back after I'm licensed because they were so impressed that I actually took the time to listen to them. According to their statements, they have about 500k AUM @ Suntrust plus another 350k from the relative. Wow! Maybe door knocking isn't so crazy after all???

Give em my number, I’ll open the account for ya until your licensed.

haha, good job though, get used to it, you'll be knocking for a while.   Good Luck
