I'll soon graduate with a bachelors degree in economics. I don't want to be a financial/investment advisor full time right away, but rather do it on the side while I still have steady income from a normal job. Is this possible? Can I just go out and start a little financial/investment advising business without passing any tests or getting any licenses, or are they legally required?

PS- Sorry if this is a duplicate post, this website is really glitchy and I didn't think the first post went through.

Thanks for the help.
