Any feedback on this designation (CRPC)? It’s offered by the College of Financial Planning - same folks that own the CFP. I talked to one of their folks and they said about 6500 financial professional have this designation - up from 3000 in 2005.  Any feedback is appreciated.

I know the college doesn't "own" or grant the CFP designation. I believe they're just one of many organizations that run prerequisite training programs. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Mike the college used to own it, the designation now has it’s own board, not sure how it all went down, nut there is a connection.

I have the CRPC, it is a brief overview/ equivalent of intro to retirement planning course. Has it helped my business? Not sure, no one ever complained or commented about it. They do comment about the CFP.
