Career transition

I would like to make a career transition to become a financial advisor.   I would like to start part time and build my business up.  I looked at Ameriprise, LPL, etc..

They all want you to commit full time.  Is there any firm out there will sponsor me with my license and let me start part time.

They will let you work parttime at building your business. However, you'll have to pay for your study materials, exams, licensing, etc.
