Any suggestions on what a newb should include in a business plan, in preparation for interviews with wirehouse managers?

did you ask him what he wanted?

is there anyway you can get back to him and ask him to be specific?

I was in an interview last week and the guy sprung “business plan” on me and i told him I needed him to be specific. I said if you want an apple and I give you an orange…what good is that.

One guy says “just tell me why you want to change, how you think we can help you what your expectations are blah blah blah”. in another interview a guy says "you need 3 target markets and 3 specific prospecting methods and how you are going to work those markets and how you will measure success, and what your goals are and…"

hey don’t be afraid to ask these guys questions… questions like why are you in management, why did you give up your book? if you want to know, ask it. this is your life that you are going to trade away for the next few years.
