Are there jobs for a series 7 & 66 that aren’t 60+ hours per week? Just started my 3rd year, concentrating on long term relationships, love my clients and job,  but  hard to meet production and am just tired.

My office had a mgt turnover about a yr ago. I am now the only person left who is older than the VP, and the last female advisor.

Background - career changer, sales & small bus background, started over after joining a  software startup that crashed in 2001.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Work for a bank and be happy to make a living. Doesnt sound like you are cut out for the job you are in. No disrespect meant.

That’s a good question.  Some of the worst producers I know work 60-70 hours per week.  Some of the best work 25-30.  Granted, there is a time in the business factor at work here as well, but most of those people working over 50 hours per week are spending a lot of useless time doing “research” and reviewing clients portfolios.

Are you spending that 60 hours prospecting or something else?  If you're actually prospecting and having appointments, something good has to be coming out of it.
