I am on the last phone interview (already did initial screening and local EJ FA interview) with tomorrow. Any tips or suggestions?

Be confident but above all else, be yourself.  You’ll do fine.

It’s Jones… not really hard to get in…If you can speak and walk(though there was a guy using walkers in my Eval/Grad Class) there won’t be a problem

Hank’s right…don’t chew gum. The phone interview is one of those behavioral interviews…“Tell me about a time when [insert work related difficult situation here], and how did you handle it? What did you learn? Blah Blah Blah…”

There's lots of websites that show example questions. Best thing I can tell you is: 1. Take a day to reminisce on all the good and bad times at previous jobs, but DON'T write anything down 2. Relax. 3. Listen to the question, pause if you need a second to think, then answer as HONESTLY as you can.   That's all I got.   Oh....how nice....I just realized this guy has probably already done the interview....oh well...maybe the next guy can benefit.
