Broadly speaking, how are most RIA firms training programs designed. Similiar to the wires? <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I have found few RIAs train like a wirehouse.

I’m in the middle of designing a training program. Because I don’t know it all, I was wondering if anybody had any sources that they went to for training programs.
