I am trying to create a model account for an active allocation strategy. I have all the data in excel, but I would like something more client friendly (like Morningstar).

Is there any software that will let me take a mutual fund based model where a portion of the portfolio is active (ie using inverse funds) and enter the buy and sells to create a hypothetical performance report?

I am trying to create a piece that will show clients how my strategy has done over the past ten years.

I was able to create the fixed (non actively traded) portion in monringstar, but I haven't found a solution where I can add the active part of the portfolio.

Thanks for any help on this!
