Hello Everyone,

I would first like to give some information on the situation. We are a Law firm in Dayton that does about 1 million in business a year. This law firm also owns an insurance agency that does LTC, annuities, and life insurance for clients and other people. We have had many clients who have asked us to manage their money also but in the past we have not had the opportunity. So we decided to form our own RIA firm in Dayton Ohio, with minimal AUM and are looking to hire another person. We have one person with a Series 65 working for the firm now. We are looking for another person who is working at a wire house, who could bring clients with them if they wanted to go independent. As we are starting out we would not be able to pay them other then the AUM they bring with them. We are in the process of forming the entity as well as have office space, phones, technology, secretary and other administrative cost. We would also be looking for an individual at the end of his career looking to sell his investment firm and then join us and work with us for a couple more years.

Any questions or need more information just message me.

Thanks
