What exactly do you mean by "going out on your own?"  This means different things to different people.  What does it mean to you? 2. What is the main thing you hope to achieve by making this change?  Not just why you don't like Wachovia/Wells, but what you hope to find wherever you go. 3. Describe your current book and experience in more detail, i.e. approximate production/aum & source of production.
