I have been cold calling some with little success and have decided to dedicate more to it. I have called on statement reviews and financial planning, but I think I need to call on something else.  But, not yet having my Series 7 limits me. What about variable annuities? Or, does it even matter what I call with as long as I do the numbers?

I think I know my problem now, because I have read this post a few times and I still don’t see anything costructive or helpful. Obviously that means there is something amiss with cognitive skills.

Fred, I call strictly to set an appointment and don’t talk product.    I would not do it this way if I was putting insurance through a grid.  If that was the case, I would qualify people financially and probably use a product approach.

That being said, all that matters is that you call.
