You don't need a script. Keep it relaxed and just introduce yourself. Ask them what kind of fixed rates they've been getting. Then tell them you will let them know if you see something good. (End of conversation and move on to the next one.) The point is that you're trying to find out who has money so that you know who to call. And when you do call, you would like to be able to remind them that you can make them more money than that low rate they told you they're getting at the bank.
