Best of the day to cold call groups?

I have run into a wall calling. I can get ahold of business owners before 8 generally, sometimes 9 but after 9 am if I call business owners I'm not getting anywhere and if I call residental, no one is home until 5 and I dial those until 7. I'm wondering if people have better luck during the day and who are you calling or if I should be out there cold walking.
Only nice thing is that I'm on target to be at 4 million in AUM by the end of summer.
Cold walk. Much higher contact rate plus it gets you away from all the distractions of the office and your computer.
