Any experience with Skyview Management?

I am considering purchasing a list from them that is built of all 401k rollovers in my area with balances of 100k-500k. Apparently they have cold called these people and discovered that they have just recently changed jobs or retired and have over 100k in a old 401k that could be rolled into an IRA. All of this sounds great but also almost too good to be true. What has been your experience with this company or any other company that provides lists like this? Thanks!
I have used sky view management, but I used 150kmin I got an alright response on the mailers I sent, but… I managed to get more apts. set going door to door and using it as a conversation starter. all in all it was worth the money, I tried to have them get me another list but there wasn’t enough people to pull maybe I will try in a month.
I've talked with Skyview before. I was a little cautious because all these lead list brokers get their leads from the same place. They just package them a little differently and put their own spin on it. They definitely try to sell the 401k rollover leads a lot. I remember the guy I spoke with said they get their numbers from the credit agencies. So, if I'm hearing you right, Equifax and Transunion are calling people who are telling them they have 401k's at their previous employer. I've never gotten such a call or ever heard of anyone else getting that call. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. And to add to the suspicions I already had, some guy is spamming this site saying "he used a guy named J.C. and has already closed 12 leads". It's pretty obvious this poster works for Skyview and could even be J.C. himself. When was the last time we ever saw a spammer list the specific name of the guy he used? The company, yes. The name, not too often. Just some food for thought I guess. Hi The reason I used my agents name is because I will get a referal price for my next purchase. And isn’t SPAM refered to as an unwanted email? Yes, I do believe thats the term used. So thanks for your input, but it was clearly a bad guess for you, as was using the term “SPAMING”. And from the 400 I picked up I have gained 12 new clients, and have set some apts. for later this month. This is my first day registered and I have been reading some of the fourms, and yes I replied to a few that I thought could help some people out. Isn’t that the object of this site?

I Have used a couple of prospecting companies. I used Sales Genie and Sky View Management. One Thing you have to know when using leads is that your not going to close even 30 percent of the list. You have to find a company whose information is accurate. I picked up 274 leads from skyview and i closed 9 accounts. I also didn’t work the list as hard as i should have. I forgot how many i closed with sales genie. Another tip, A list is only as good as the person working it.

I bought a long term care list from them. I figured i could use that list for both LTC and IRA Roll overs. I still got to go through about 70 names.
