I can appreciate not trying this with your top clients, but has anyone invited say a C client to linked-in

and once the client accepts you into their "network",

then asked permission to call all of their contacts?

Seems like you could meet a ton of people especially if they have many contacts, like a realtor etc.?

Thanks

I think you're fine to do so.  I would recommend a couple changes.  I would not call all of their contacts.  Once you've added them, look through who you know and choose the top 2 or 3 people you want to meet.  Let your client know that you saw they knew John Doe, and you've been interested in meeting him for a while.  Is there a way the 3 of you could grab coffee.  Let them set it up.  I have done this with a few of my clients, don't limit yourself to your C clients, or you'll get more C clients.  Birds of a feather flock together.

Good luck!
