I am a goon but that is more genetics than thought…

If you think the vikings would be 6-0 without him you are nuts. 2 games they would have lost, yesterdays and the one against the 49rs. They are play 8-9 in the box and peterson has only had 100yds against 2 teams(browns and yesterday).

The offseason is over so i don’t care. All athletes have egos.

And about the playoffs… Dallas made the playoffs with romo but loses the first game… I don’t doubt they would make the playoff look at their division.

I started a thread calling Favre a stroke for his offseason BS. That is what I am talking about. I also said Favre is an upgrade over what they had, but he hasn't been a great QB for 5 years, he has been average. The Vikings went 8-3 with Gus Frerotte at the helm last year and he is now out of the league. The Vikings are loaded with talent and all 15 of those QB's would have Minnesota at 6-0 also.

Ron 14:

Should they go to Young or have they given up on him ? Who is the 3rd stringer ?

Patrick Ramsey was the 3rd stringer but they waived him for DB help. They have to go to Young and hope that they can get something for him when they try to trade him. Their QB will be found in the draft, it's not on their roster.....   As I said last week....wholesale changes are coming or at least should be coming....

Do you think they will can Fisher ? I would hope not.

Huh?

I think he was making reference to the fact that you said if they any of the other 15 qbs then they would be 6-0… darn good point

What is the point? Has he played well to this point, yes. Is he a douchebag for his offseason waffling and holding hostage 3 difference teams with numerous careers hanging in the balance, yes.

[/quote] It appears the players are not listening to him or the coaches for that matter. Fixing the team is not what QB to play....it's a lot deeper than that.

I was basing it on this year only. not lifetime achievements… Orton, Favre, Brees only undefeateds…

Since when do you judge the talent of a QB on his teams record. That is just stupid. There is so much more to it than that. If that is what you are looking at than Roethlisberger is the best in the NFL, best winning percentage and most Super Bowl wins per years in league.
