I think Craig James kid is just a pussy... Good luck Texas Tech, you are now irrelevant in college football again.

So it turns out Mike Leach calls every single play off of 5 or 6 sets on a note card he carries. Good luck in that bowl game.

If you think this wasn't about money, then keep thinking cold calling doesn't work...

Whewww.. I feel better now.

I didn't watch halftime of the Holiday Bowl tonight but I heard ESPN gave Craig James a forum to give his side of the story, and all the allegations in this entire episode has been reported by ESPN as fact.  Mike Leach is a guy who wears his heart on his sleeve, does not conform, and that makes higher education administrators uncomfortable.  ESPN is an embarrassment.  I hope my favorite ESPN personality, Bill Simmons, finds his way out soon so he doesn't get stigmatized with ESPN's asininity.  Dude gets canned less than a week after allegations of putting a player in a dark room the size of a garage.  Is the kid afraid of the dark??  Did the big bad coach deprive the kid of his night light?  This is one of those things that makes me hate the politics involved in sports.

Couldn't agree with you guys more. James kid is probably a huge skirt and it seems from the comments I have read that he thought he was some kind of world beater from day one. Craig James is a douche in my opinion so I am not surprised. Texas Tech will now become Baylor and a doormat in the conference.

ESPN is a total embarrassment. When you have Keyshaun Johnson and Trent Dilfer criticizing NFL players you lose all credibility in my book. Those two jagoffs never lived up to their hype, stole from teams for years, and now criticize guys like Derrick Mason and Jay Cutler. Give me a break.
